Healing is not reserved for a few. It’s your right.
As a man, you carry burdens — responsibilities, expectations, and the unspoken rules of what it means to “be strong.” But true strength doesn’t come from how much you carry in silence; it comes from knowing when to release the weight and give yourself permission to rest, reflect, and recover.
